First-Time Delegate?
We’ve got something special for you! New delegates are invited to attend an orientation on Sunday at 4:30 PM to meet cooperative leaders, gain insight into how your co-op operates, and learn more about MFA Oil and its divisions. It’s the perfect way to start your Annual Meeting experience and make connections that last.
Attendance Gifts & Prizes
Delegates who pre-register by Friday, November 27, AND attend the meeting will receive a Habitat Indoor/Outdoor Weather Station. Plus, all delegates in attendance will also be eligible to win raffle prizes and be entered into their district’s drawing for two MFA Oil gift cards—one valued at $1,000 and one valued at $500!
2025 Meeting Highlights
- Welcomed more than 320 farmers to hear company updates and presentations from Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe and agricultural economist Ben Brown.
- Announced $6.9 million in cash and equity distributions to member-owners, bringing the five-year total returned to members to $44.4 million.
- Reported $19.1 million in net income for fiscal 2025 despite rising input costs, tighter margins and limited income opportunities.
