Overnight Accommodations
MFA Oil will arrange hotel accommodations at the Wyndham Executive Center for delegates who are willing to share a room.
Delegates who choose to bring a guest or would prefer to room alone will be responsible for making the reservation and paying for half of the hotel room on Sunday night. Our negotiated rate is $108/night, plus tax.
To reserve a hotel room after you have registered:
- Call Wyndham Executive Center Reservations at 573-445-8531 and reference Group Block Code 121425MFA.
For reimbursement from MFA Oil for half of your stay, submit a copy of the hotel invoice to your Plant Manager following the meeting.
All reimbursement requests must be received by Jan. 30, 2026.
